Please read these terms carefully before booking.

1. Booking & Payments

By booking a tour with Casalinga Tours, you agree to these terms. A booking is confirmed only when a deposit or full payment has been received and you have received a confirmation email from us.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing. Our refund policy is as follows:

  • 30+ days before departure: Full refund minus 10% admin fee.
  • 14-29 days before departure: 50% refund.
  • Less than 14 days before departure: No refund.

3. Health & Safety

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in good health and fit for the activities specified in the tour description. Casalinga Tours reserves the right to decline a booking if we believe the participant cannot safely complete the tour.

4. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure your safety, Casalinga Tours accepts no liability for loss, damage, injury, or death that may occur during the tour, except where such loss is caused by our proven negligence.

5. Changes to Itinerary

We reserve the right to alter itineraries due to weather, road conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances to ensure the safety and enjoyment of the group.
